When you learn an instrument, it is very important that you learn it correctly. With other words, holding a pair of sticks the right way and adjusting your drum kit according to your body structure is a must. It is also important that your drum teacher is qualified and experienced. Some qualities you should be looking in a drum teacher is that he should be playing on stage regularly, being a teacher who inspires, motivates and has the ability to present a concept individually designed for each student that leads to success without loosing the fun part. The perfect gift idea |

I've been a drummer for years but was never happy with my playing and finally found someone who could "fix me". I started drumming with Andy about a year and a half ago as a complete beginner, with Andy's help I've improved so much and now I'm confident in sitting down and jamming on the kit with my band. Andy's 1 on 1 lessons are really fun and a great way to learn how to drum. He's a great teacher and he really makes the lessons fun. My 7 year-old daughter and I have been taking drum lessons from Andy for the past 17 months and I must say that we have never met such an enthusiastic music teacher before! Had a great lesson today with Andy, learning more and more each week :) |
