Hi drummer friends. Check out the drum lick of the month November. The groove is based on a standard 16th note feel with an alternated sticking pattern. The fill in played in this video includes the double stroke roll played as 16th notes but also 32nd notes. You can download the notation as a pdf file. Have fun with the free drum lesson! |

Hi folks! We have organized a jam session for our students (drums, guitar, bass, piano, vocals) to give them the opportunity and to get an idea of how it is to be in a band situation and playing music with other musicians. The jam will be happening Sunday, 31st Oct. 2010, 3pm, in Marrickville, Blue Note Studios, and of course it´s for free. Students from other music schools are more than welcome to participate. Hi friends. At my trip to Europe i also used the opportunity to enjoy some of the beauty of the Bavarian Alps. This small Video clip was shot during a tour to the top of the mountain called "Geigelstein" which is 1813m above sealevel and is the second largest mountain in the region. Enjoy!!! |

Hi everyone!!! I have been recording drums for David Raleigh´s latest album "Beginning Again". The album was recorded in New York and Sydney, produced by Australian pop star Nathan Leigh Jones and mixed by the legendary J. Chris Griffin (Madonna, Janet Jackson, John Legend). The musical genre could be described as a piano based, Pop/RnB record and is now available worldwide. |
